CITI HOTEL @ KL SENTRAL

Nice position near the train station KL Sentral and in the heart of Little India. A lot of restaurants.

value for money. great location. aircon was good; water heater worked perfectly. there was a refrigerator that worked well. kettle and two glasses were also provided. the room and toilet were also clean.

I stayed on the 4th floor, seems they were recently upgrading the room(s). Lighting were much better than it was before. Where i stayed, there was no mini fridge - although it's not a big deal for me. Also, there was no hanger to hang your shirts. Overall, i still much prefer to stay here. And i would still choose Citi Hotel, regardless! To me, it's the convenience!

I went for a week to KL as a solo traveller. When I was looking for a hotel, I didn't really have an understanding of KL city, but it was the top suggested place to stay by booking.com. So without a lot of research, I booked a 7 night stay with them. I still cannot believe my luck. The location is EXCELLENT. I travelled from KLIA airport to KL Sentral by the KL Ekspress train, and the hotel is within walking distance. You can go through KL Sentral to Nu Sentral Mall and ask for the exit to Brickfields. Most local people and security staff will be able to guide you. Even if you don't go through the mall and take the long route around, the distance so still no more than 900 meters. Perfect location 5 minute walk trip KL Sentral and with very nice and welcoming staff, The room rates are excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I had a wonderful time in Kuala Lumpur and one of the main reasons for that was this hotel.

This hotel really close to the Nu Sentral, walk about 3minutes and you will get there. There are limited parking spot in front of the hotel. You can go to KL Sentral which attached with the Nu Sentral on floor C and you can go anywhere you like using KTM/Monorel/LRT/ETS, really convenience. This hotel has lift so if you carry luggage, you dont have to climb the stairs. The room is good, not too big, a good small which you still can walk around your bed. but for muslim people to pray maybe dont have enough space. hotel also provide 2 small mineral water. bed and pillows are so-so, not really comfy, but not hard too. Aircond is functioning well. TV has limited channel. Wifi is ok, the id and password they write on the receipt so check back your receipt. Toilet is good, functioning hot shower and water pressure is good. they do provide body wash and shampoo. you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There are many restaurant around this hotel. 7 eleven also around this area and their stock is good, shelves always full. Good value for money.
